Nationally, the America250 organization is striving to engage all 350 million Americans in the milestone, aiming to create the largest synchronized Fourth of July celebration in U.S. history. From the National Mall in Washington, D.C., where a massive fireworks extravaganza will light up the sky over the Lincoln Memorial, to small towns like ours nestled along the St. Joe River, Americans everywhere will pause to reflect on what freedom truly means.
